I completely agree that clubs shouldn't exist just for the sake of it. I haven't written up a lot of my thoughts on Stanford but here too, the vast majority of clubs do nothing more than "raise awareness" (but, seriously, who *hasn't* heard of AIDS?!). And I'm glad my site was helpful to you although I have no idea in what way. If you feel like it, let me know. If not, see you at Stanford some time soon! A good essay.
